First, let's get this out of the way: a VoicePulse basic consumer account (i.e.: unlimited calling plan) does not currently work with RF.com.

The company offers a VoicePulse OpenAccess feature (an enhancement of the basic account) and a separate plan called VoicePulse Connect (very popular among PBX users) that can be set up with RF.com.

For each plan, you'll need the user credentials (user name and password) VoicePulse has assigned to you. Use the following proxy servers:
