I had been using RF.com successfully for a while. I stopped traveling as much and have just been using my desk phone. I tried to use it this morning getting ready for a trip and now am having issues. When I dial using the Vocalocity service provider, my caller ID works, I can hear who I am calling, but they can't hear me. Any ideas of something I need to fix in settings? I am sure that I just hurt the dialer's feelings with my absence.
