iPhone 3G new user

I just set up a new account using ATT. Verified my phone and figured I would try making a skype call. I select skype from the pull down menu and add the username I am trying to call. I hit call it dials the RF default number it rings then goes busy. I know the user is online. Am I doing something wrong?

Almost same problem I am facing. I am from Canada on Rogers, tried to call one of my skype friend and tried a SIP account. It dial the RF local number and i can hear it ringing continuously but no other response. It didnt ring on other en at all. Any advise?

The busy signal either indicates that Skype rejected the call or all our Skype gateway channels are full.

We spent today upgrading our Skype gateway and adding more channels.

Please try your call again.

To make a test call, you can either try calling your own Skype account or the Skype echo123 test user account.
