    Default I'm with Vocalocity

How do I setup and where do I enter following:

With inbound calling, you can receive calls on your iPhone or iPod touch.
To enable inbound calling, configure your SIP calling service to to forward calls to:
    sip:adsaadc-23fe-11de-9208-123123304e42@dial-proxy.rf.com

I'm able to make outbound calls and that is perfect but I'm not able to receive inbound calls.

Default You can forward your calls from the Vocalocity UI.

Vocalocity allows you to forward calls from your extension to any phone number.

Go to your extension settings page in their UI, and under the "Never Miss a Callâ„¢" settings, check "Enable Call Forwarding", and then in the drop-down next to "Forward all calls to:" select "Add Personal Number" from the drop-down. Enter your cell phone number there and save. All calls to your Vocalocity extension will be forwarded to your cell until you change to another option - the default being "Send Calls to My Voicemail" after ringing your desk phone for the amount of seconds you select.

Their UI will not allow you to enter the inbound calling string you mentioned, as it is not a phone number, and that is all that is allowed for forwarding.
