    Default How this exactly works

    Hello,

I don't understand at all how this service works, and it is very important for you in order to get more customers.

As far as I understand it, you always make a standard phone call every time you want to dial somewhere, after validating your access, this estandard phone call finishes and your server starts the SIP phone call and everthing is established using WIFI or GSM (depending how you especified the call initially).

Is this true or am I wrong?
    Thanks.

The way RF Web Dial works is as follows:
    1. You dial a phone number, SIP URI, instant messaging username, etc.
    2. The information is sent to our server, do some call setup work, and we return a local POP number to your phone.
    3. Your phone then dials the local POP number to our server.
    4. The server does some lookups and answers the inbound leg of the call and connects you with the party you dialed.

I still don't catch it, sorry

I don't understand the point 3, what is the POP number used for?. What is a "POP number"?

Moreover, I am interested in the costs involved from the point of view of the customer, so, when you say "the phone dials"..... do you mean the phone makes a standard phone call using the PSTN network ? or maybe all these "phone dials" are made through internet TCP/IP ?
