Default Registration problems and retrying

We believe we have gotten the upper hand on issues related to the use of Edge with the iPhone and how AT&T may be caching data that have left some of you not fully registered with the RingFree service.

These are the symptoms: The user reaches the point of activating the telephone with our server by entering the 4 digit pin. The phone is, indeed, activated. The user is, however, presented with the error "Return status was not 200" and sent back to the front page of RF.COM after clicking OK.

If this describes your situation, from your iPhone, go back to http://rf.com, and reattempt to register. If you are told that "this number has already been acvtivated" during the activation key entry process, enter the key anyway.

If you have not been asked to enter your name and desired password, your registration with RingFree is not complete. Please try again.

We do not believe those registering over WiFi have faces this error (please correct me if wrong).

If you were affected by the partial registration problem and have repeated the process, please describe as a follow-up to this post how the re-attempt ended.

Default Problem with registration

I have been trying to register to rf.com with safari I get the pin number and I dial the numeber the voice ask me to enter the pin number I enter it and another voice tells me that I have entered the wrong pin. I did it many times and got the same answer. can someone tell me what is going on.t

Default Activation issues

I am also have the same issue where I call into the activate number but it does not like my activate code that is supplied after I register. I have used both the E and 3g network with same issue. I have check the FAQ and I am sending my caller id number.
