Default Italy, wrong number to call!

When I'll try to make a call my my custom SIP account my ipHone tries to connect to this number by defalut: +39199241479. But my phone provider H3G, does not accept this call because there is +39. So by default, the system should ask to call 199241479, withous +39.

    Can you fix this problem?

    Thank you

    Antonio

Default same problem on Softbank in Japan

I have the same problem on Softbank in Japan. +81 is added to the local number. I tried dialing the number manually without the +81 prefix and got the "Sorry. Your number is not available." message.

Same problem here in Japan also. I tried to call the activation number locally by deleting the country code (+81) and adding the leading zero needed for Japanese phones but it didn't work. The phone connected and I got just four beeps and then it disconnected.

Thank you for brining this to our attention. Each mobile provider in each country has slightly different rules. We'll modify our local access number to not include the country code.

We've modified our local access numbers for Italy and Japan. The numbers no longer include the country code. Please try your activation again and let us know if you continue to have problems.

Thanks for correcting that. I was able to activate my phone in Japan.
