    I want to use my account with a small VOIP provider in Vancouver. People Line
    here is the info they gave me regarding my account but I don't quite understand how to use RF or how to make all this work. Thanks for the help.

    Following is the information you need to set up your Xten softphone.
    Display Name: (Private, I left this data out, where)
    Username: (Private, I left this data out, where)
    Password: (Private, I left this data out, where)
    Authorization User Name: (Private, I left this data out, where)
    Domain: gl.ucantalk.net
    Number to dial for checking voicemail: sip:998@gl.ucantalk.net
    Number for sending calls to voice mail: sip:6046308704@vm.ucantalk.net:5061

    At this point, RF.com is not set up to support a different "Username" and "Authorization Username". If the information People Line sent you for those two fields does not match, then currently we cannot support the service. If they do match, then follow the instructions here:
