Exclamation I'm sorry the operation has failed.

Hello there I'm located in UK and when I press the call buttom the phone start dialing +44203.... and I got the following:

"Welcome to ring free. I'm sorry the operation has failed. Good buy"

This happens every time i try to use the service.

On the setting page under "settings for " my phone appears as 179438.... as USA number not with +44 I wonder if that is the reason.

    That's most likely the problem.

Send an e-mail to support at rf.com from your registered e-mail address. Include the old and new phone numbers.

We'll update your account and get you making calls.

    Default Same problem

    Does this service actually work?

I have just got an account setup on my iPhone and tried the following :
    1. connect to my landline phone number via my account on voipfone.co.uk
    2. connect to my GoogleTalk account (running in iChat)

Both gave the failed operation message

The only thing that works is connecting via my GSM service provider O2.
But hey, I can do that more conveniently already ;-)

Apart from that, IMHO a phone service without access to the phone's address book is always going to be a non-starter .....
