using other SIP account,

Hi. I am very pleased for this service.
Trying But have not succeeded yet.

I would like to use my own SIP account.
(sip.imtel.com) based on South Korea, where I typically make international
call to.

When I try, usually I hear busy signal (as same problem below with another SIP services). I succeeded one call - but I can hear the other side. , The other can't hear me at all.

Could you look up my call record?
