I experienced the exact same thing. I registered my number successfully, and then when I went to log in, I didn't know what my password was, because it didn't give me one or ask me to designate one during the registration process. I entered by activation code as my password, and it said that was incorrect. I tried re-registering, but the service said my iPhone number was already registered. So, now what?
Same as above.

Can you explain a little more what happened during your registration process?
After you enter your activation code and hang up, the browser automatically reloads the page and you should should either get a page that says the activation failed and to try again, or a page that prompts for your name and password.
We've been working to track down the problem and believe it is related, in part, to the use of the browser back button during the registration process. Those affected are only partially registered with RingFree, putting them in a sort of limbo. We need to delete these accounts and if you are affected, you need to start the process over and avoid the back button if you can until we get the issue fixed (hopefully soon).
If your registration failed, please send an email message to support-at-rf.com, with the subject matter "Registration Failed". In the message, include your iPhone number and as detailed a description as you can. We'll delete your partially completed registration from our system, and send you an email telling you that you may now try again.
Thanks for understanding and helping as we work out the early beta registration bugs.
Whenever I've tried to register again, it tells me my phone number is already registered. Just tried again now. So until you do the accounts deletion you mentioned, it appears the 'Limbo' state continues. Will you post here when you have found / deleted affected accounts?

As requested in the message you replied to:

Patrick:
Please understand that this is an early beta release and we have found a bug. We would like to help you so that you can use the service.
Again, I will ask: Please send the email with your iPhone number to support-at-rf.com.
We will delete your account so that you may start over. Please do not use the back buttons during registration. We need to fix it so that the back buttons don't leave registrations unfinished, and we are working on that.
The only way I can delete your account is to know what is is. PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL TO SUPPORT-at-RF.COM WITH YOUR IPHONE NUMBER SO I MAY DO SO.
