'unfinished' even though never hit the BACK button
Just FYI, I never hit BACK and I had this same problem. After the system accepted the PIN code on the phone call, I did nothing. The call ended and when Safari came back, it reloaded the page, which did a redirect to the home page, but then I was stuck in the 'unfinished' state and couldn't log in - so it appears this problem can happen even if users don't hit the BACK button.Originally Posted by marcelo

We've just implemented some major software updates. Please go to https://rf.com/ and try the registration process again. The phone activation recording should say that your phone has already been activated, then prompt you for the activation PIN. After the call ends, you should get redirected to the name and password setting page.
