Fido iphone problem.

When my Iphone places a call to your 1-416-800-2481 number it just beeps. but when i dial the same number from any other phone it works. Is there a problem with iphones in canada (toronto) using this number? Has fido or apple blocked this number? Is there some configuration error?

Your call is getting through to our server.

When our server tries to connect with your VoIP provider (voip5-3.acanac.com) their server returns a 403 Forbidden error. Their server is rejecting your user credentials. Check your username and try re-entering your password.

I have tried many ways to configure this with voip accounts. With the correct settings

But the +1 416 800 2481 number just beeps. Even when I just call the number directly.

But when I call the number on a landline, I hear a responce.

Any one know what or why that mabe happening.

The voip provider had changed my phone number, user and pass, with out telling me.
