BIG Problem with RF and MagicJack

Hello all,
I have a big problem. I have an Asterisk server at my office and RF has been working great to make call through it. I recently purchased a MagicJack to check it out for my house. Every since I have plugged in the magicjack at my office, RF now will only call the number of the magicjack no matter what number I enter into the RF dialer. I have done all kinds of stuff like plugging the magicjack in at home to see if it would register a new IP address and just a ton of crap I have tried. NOTHING WORKS!!! RF dialer still rings the number to my magicjack on my Asterisk system instead of the number that I put in the dialer. It is like MagicJack has attached every IP that I have used. Any help is greatly appreciated as I am completely lost with this problem.

Your problem should be fixed now. For some reason, you had two accounts registered in our system with the same caller ID. The system was updating one account and trying to complete the call based on the information in the other account. We deleted the account, that didn't have any call activity.
