Default How To Unregister

I just joined--and have not regretted it--to give it a try. The question I have has to do with unregistering.

Suppose I decide to "cancel" my registration with RingFree, how can I do that? In addition, I would assume there would not be any "crumbs" left re: my personal information.

Can you guys confirm?

Javier.

Un-registration is something we admittedly overlooked when we launched (and yes, we have collectively slapped our foreheads over this).

We are working on a method that allows a user to delete his or her account directly from the service, and expect to have that ready to go within a month.

In the meantime, we are deleting accounts manually. If you desire to do so, send an email request to support@rf.com from the email account you used to register with RF.com, and the following will happen:

1. Your account will be set as "Inactive" immediately, and will not be usable. All personal credentials (user names and passwords) for external accounts (VoIP providers, PBXes, etc) will be permanently deleted from the database.

2. After 90 days of inactivity, the account will be permanently deleted.
