    Default Unable to SIP URI dial when Carrier is selected

    When the GSM carrier is selected, all calls are routed to the carrier. SIP URI and messenger calls should go to their correct locations.

    This issue has been resolved.

    Users without a service provider can now Internet dial. To test this feature and hear a test recording, dial test@rf.com from the dialer.
