when activating the account a call is done to the number +34 901 .... using my mobile which is a Spanish Mobile from Movistar, a voice in Spanish says "Option not supported". Anybody could help?

Activation problem with a Spanish mobile
Hi,
when activating the account a call is done to the number +34 901 .... using my mobile which is a Spanish Mobile from Movistar, a voice in Spanish says "Option not supported". Anybody could help?
