International calling works best with a + before the dialed string of numbers.
Currently, a call to a carrier must be all digits.
If a carrier is selected as the calling method, the call will go through the carrier, if the dial string is all digits or all digits beginning with a +. If the dial string contains any other characters, the calling method defaults to Internet.
