Call has expired error with AIM call out

I am receiving "Call has exprired" message after 5-10 sec. of silense while trying to place a call to Russia, Moscow (+7 495...) using AIM call out service. Other numbers work fine. Other SIP client works fine with +7 495... number.

AIM call out is terminating the call. We've turned on some more detailed logging. Please make a call again and let us know the approximate time of the call, so we can check our logs.
