    Default Unhandled Exception Error

    I am getting the following error when trying to login:

    Unhandled Exception Error.
    An unhandled exception was thrown by the application.

    This might be to the fact that I had registered two times, one using my cell phone number and another using my email address. Is there a way to get this cleared?

    I tried again and still am getting the same error. Is there anything else I could do?

    I really love the service and am totally bummed that I cannot use it.

    We are glad to hear that you enjoy the service.

    Yep, the problem was your two accounts. We deleted the account that didn't have any call history or settings.

    Thank you for reporting the issue, we were able to track down and fix the code that was allowing duplicate registrations.

    You will now be taken to the same account when logging in with either your e-mail address or phone number.

    Please don't hesitate to let us know if you encounter any more issues.

    Default Unhandled Exception Error.

    I'm also getting this unhandled exception error. I just heard about rf.com and thought I'd check it out... but I haven't been able to get it to work on my iPhone. I'm in the Netherlands and my caller ID does work. I haven't registered twice.

    Here's the error:

    Default Its not fixed - Same error for me in Ireland.

    Same error for me in Ireland.

    I try to log in and all i get is Unhandled Exception.

    Cant use rf at all because of this.

    We just fixed an issue where two accounts would get created for the same e-mail address. The two email addresses were causing the unhandled exception error.

    We sent an e-mail to the affected users, telling them that we fixed the issue. If you didn't receive the e-mail or are still having problems, please let us know.
