    Default AIM Call Out is broken

    I am getting recording: "Sorry, there are no outgoing lines available to complete your call". Worked fine before.

    Default It's not AIM issue

    I tried to place a call through AIM Voice using different SIP client and it works fine. So, the issue is with RF.com.

    We recently upgraded our backend infrastructure and that broke calling for AIM Call Out users that had entered @aol.com or @aim.com in the Calling Service Username field.

    We've manually gone through the database and removed the @aol.com or @aim.com from the username.

    Please check your Calling Service settings for AIM Call Out and confirm that you have the Proxy set to sip.aol.com and that the Username field is just the username without @aol.com or @aim.com.

    Default New error #403 today

    I checked and my settings are as you described. However, I am getting another error today in the recorded message: "error # 403, good buy".

    We are able to reproduce the problem you report and are working on a fix.

    We've fixed the AIM Call Out problem.

    Before trying your call again, please confirm with AIM Call Out that your username is set correctly. To do that:
    1. Log into the AIM Call Out dashboard;
    2. From the Settings menu choose SIP Clients;
    3. Confirm that the User Identity field entry matches your RF Dialer AIM Call Out calling service Username field entry.
