Skype calls are very choppy

We made some important background server changes in the past few days, one of which is causing very choppy Skype calls through the RF Media Server. We are working on the issue and should have it resolved shortly.

We're now experiencing light chop and have turned off the Fasten Seat Belt sign, you may now move about the cabin. However, for your own safety and the safety of others around you, we recommend that you keep your seat belt fastened while you are seated.

We've cut over to a new Skype gateway setup, with more channels and better sound quality.

We've upgraded the Skype gateway yet again.

It is now powered by Asterisk and plays error messages to the caller if there are problems with the call.

Please report any problems you may have with the new gateway.
