Default Dialer Doesn't Allow Deletions
Currently the dialer does not provide a way for users to delete history items and providers.

Default any update on dialer deletion capability?
can live with favorites and call list being left alone for a bit - enabling edit / delete on the provider listing shouldn't be too hard to do...
