    Default Allow user-specified POPs

While I realize the limitations of BETA and the fact that RF is just starting its world-wide expansion, wouldn't it be great to allow users to specify their own DID number to forward the "authentication" call to the desired RF's media gateway (currently in US (415) and Canada (778) only).

Here is an example of how this would work:
Ivan lives in Russia and cannot use RF service (but really wants to!!) because there are no POPs setup in that country and to dial the US/Canada gateway is out of question as this would mean an international call via a cell carrier.
Ivan, however, has a local DID which he can set up to seemlessly forward calls to a US/Canada POP number. This would cost Ivan pennies(or nothing at all) and he will still be able to further maximize savings by using RF anywhere in his home country.

As such, the user should be able to specify the number RF Dialer will dial when placing a call.

Thank you for at least entertaining the idea :-)

    Regards,

An excellent idea! We can call it Bring Your Own POP (BYOP). Consider it on our roadmap.
